A new way of student consulting.
Junior Initiative IE is the first Junior Enterprise in Madrid (Spain).
Based in IE University since our foundation in March 2020, we are part of the Junior Enterprise Initiative, a network of international students of more than 200 non-profit associations across the globe.
Our aim is to gain hands-on experience by providing students with the opportunity to consult businesses on the diverse issues they face in their everyday operations.
Who we are:
THE JE NETWORK
Junior Enterprises (JEs) are non-profit companies run entirely by university students.
They provide consulting services, in their fields of study, to other companies, entrepreneurs and society as a whole.

Junior Enterprises collaborate worldwide as a network. With support from their national confederations, JEs share knowledge and use common strategies to grow year after year.
